Help Dispute Paypal

Anyways.. its dispute for virtual goods.. and paypal ask me to respond

1. Issue the buyer a full refund
2. I can provide compelling evidence (e.g. tracking information for delivered goods).
3. Provide proof that the buyer has already been refunded.

These are the three options, they ask to respond by 6th of april.

None of these options are for virtual goods. i tried option 2 and it said about shipping.. zzzz

IM THE SELLER BTW. THey tried chargeback on me!

 

What type of dispute is it?

 

I am assuming he sold the gold as goods and services (either due to his fault or the buyers), and so the buyer is claiming non receipt. Best bet would be to call Paypal in my opinion and tell them it was for a virtual goods transaction, and tell them the buyer isn't covered in this case.

it is a non receipt, not sure what kind of dispute and HE REASONS "FOR ELO BOOSTING" on paypal, but I have no idea how to respond to it because there is no option to respond to virtual goods?

 

You're going to lose the dispute man. Paypal almost always favors the buyer in virtual goods transactions.

 

I think the above sums it up. You have no protection as a seller or a buyer for virtual goods.

If they opened it for non-receipt then MAYBE you can win. Ask a gold seller (like bogla above) on how they win those types of disputes.

 

It's very likely that he'll win this one.

I can try to help on a case-by-case based. I won't tell anyone how or why something works because scammers will just adapt.

Just pm me your business model and I'll give you some pointers (goes for anyone).

 

Sellers almost always win if they're actual virtual businesses with transaction volume. If you have 100 transactions and 1-2 dispute(which is usually the case), Paypal will rule in your favor. If it gets to more than 5% of your transactions result in disputes, Paypal will rule against you and most likely limit your account in some manner. They'll think you're scamming.
