If you read the thread, it is a blackhat way to make money via PayPal. This doesn't sound like the users we should have on our community.

Gonna tag for other staff input, Frankzz account is already closed and this post is from what, 4 years ago? Not sure if banning him for something 4 years old is necessary, especially since like a year or so ago the rules were going to be mended to basically negate offenses from 2+ years ago

 

Find us something recent, otherwise I'm for giving him the benefit of the doubt due to how old this is.

Gonna go ahead and close this as the proof provided is very old and IMO, not fair to ban over. If you find something newer, feel free to post a new report.
