Worth getting 52 prayer?

Hi. I was going through the "pures quest guide" and saw that i needed 52 prayer to get barrlechest anchor. I was just wondering if it was worth it to get 52 prayer? For both smite and the anchor itself.

Depends on what level you are going to pk at. I'd suggest getting 52 if you are >60

Depends on the type of pker you are. Maybe you should tell us your current stats and maxed stats.

 

I would say no. Barrelchest anchor is not that great, and smite isnt nearly as important as it was in old wildy.

 

smite is no longer important especially in + 1 worlds. AUTO PROTECT.... they messed up pvp. anchor isnt all that great either

52 pray isn't worth it because smite only serves at a prayer potion waster now with the no-item or +1 worlds.

Also, the anchor isn't all that cool, and it costs a ton to replace if you lose it. You might as well just use an obby maul.

 

No. The cons obviously outweigh the pro... More importantly, it costs a fortune getting to 52 for a mediocre weapon and a semi-useful prayer.

 

It's not worth it. Smite is useless now and days.
