1 account per ip?

Im writing this for my brother. He tried to create a account here but got denied cuz one account was already created on this ip which i have done. If there is no chance that my brother can create a account can he take my account then?

 

Yes, you can only made one account per IP.
Read this if your brother wants to create an account aswell: [READ!] Can't create a new account? Does it say you're already registered? READ THIS!
Make sure your accounts don't interfere though.
And beware: if your brother gets banned, you'll be banned most likely too.
The brother excuse is overused when we're talking about scams.
