Worst boss ever?

Just say to them, I am unable to continue working competently and up to good standards with the way my current boss delegates. I would ask to please be re assigned elsewhere where I can work coherently with other members of staff, or, I'm going to have to resign as my current work state is inhospitable due to my boss's disregard to sanitary standards and inability to delegate the staff coherently.

 

-My dad used to own a fish market, i understand. When i was 7, i was able to tell the difference between the fish he was selling and the 10-day old salmon in the A&P. She is a dumb-bitch, you should smack-a-ho.
