I'll be lol'ing about this in tomorrow's paper.

Uhm too late - it was supposed to happen at 6 PM Australia, which was 2AM est in the U.S.

It was just some 89 year old looking for popularity.

10 minutes until it's supposed to happen. I'm gnawing at my fingernails as we speak.

Edit: I was told it would happen at 7pm (Central Time in the US), was that not correct?

Scientist say the world has like 2 billion years of life left. We got a while people.

St. Patrick's Day 2013
I'M ALIVE. I think saying the world's gonna end was dumb. Like, you think everything's just gonna go from typical to doomsday in like a second?

Harold Camping Predictions:

Harold Egbert Camping (born July 19, 1921) is an American Christian radio broadcaster and president of Family Radio, a California-based radio station that spans more than 150 markets in the United States.
Camping's trademarks include his deep, sonorous voice coupled with a slow cadence. He has also used Bible-based numerology to predict dates for the end of the world, dates which passed without incident. His most recent end times prediction was that the Rapture would occur on May 21, 2011 and that God would subsequently completely destroy the Earth and the universe five months later on October 21. He had previously predicted that the Rapture would occur in September 1994.

2011 End Times Prediction

Camping gained notoriety due to his incorrect prediction that the Rapture would take place on May 21, 2011 at 6 p.m. local time everywhere and his prediction that the end of the world would take place five months later on October 21, 2011. Followers of Camping claimed that around 200 million people (approximately 3% of the world's population) would be raptured. Camping believes that people not saved will simply cease to exist (annihilationism), rather than spend eternity in Hell as some others who predict the Rapture say. Those who were "unsaved" and died prior to May 21 would not be affected by the Rapture or the end of the world
