    unfortunately.. I stopped gym on October,
    but now am doing jogging for a while & stopped smoking to.
    feels much better

    Hey man, would be better to assess your progress with proper pictures.

    Those include:
    A full front pic
    Back picture
    Leg picture

    Also include your weight, make sure you're progressively overloading your muscles, and eating a caloric surplus. Best of luck with this :)
