    Workout Progress Timeline

    Hey guys at the end of each month i'm going to put up a progress photo of myself.

    This is really for myself to see, but i don't mind you guys chiming in and giving advice and what not.

    Around 10th grade or so i started growing a lot taller then i was.

    This made me really tall and skinny, and I've been wanting to bulk up and gain some muscle ever since.

    (i'm a junior in college now)

    I've been working at a Sports and Fitness complex for almost a year and a half now so i get free gym membership.

    I just started using the gym constantly around the beginning of August.

    The first progress photo is from the end of October.

    I just never had the chance / kept forgetting to upload it.

    I still am pretty skinny, but i'm at the point of where i am starting to see some progress.

    Good progress, definitely focus on your shoulders and traps more, they are undeveloped compared to your triceps, just my 2 cents.

    I might possibly make one of these threads aswell, I am looking juicy :p

    OP - Starting thickening them shoulders,arms,traps the rest will come.... compound lifts - start by building strength... eat lots of food devour it all!

    At the current state he is in - he can eat anything he wants as long as he is hitting macros.

    So my gym is current closed for a fucking week due to renovations. (new equipment)

    If he's hitting macros then it does depend on what he eats.. he can't eat 5 big macs and call it a day cuz he hits his carbs but went overload on fat

    I weigh 180

    I was never big on bench, im repping like 140-150, and then max like 175 ish

    You would be voted off the island for saying this in my gym. Everyone knows chests day is best day.

    I have a friend who is just about the same weight as you and benches around the same. Learn to love chest man it feels great. Feels good man.
