Agree with the Snoop Dogg comment. I like your flow and I think you're heading in the right direction.

You need a better mic, you also need to make your own flow.

    Originality > using other peoples

    Other than that it's alright.

I mean, it's not like I'm going around listening to rap songs and copying their flows on purpose... It's just how I do. But I do get my flow from all my favorite rappers i think, it's just natural though. Hell, when Eminem started he copied Nas and Big L's flow. But it's not like I'm trying to copy anyone, it's just the flow that matches me...

Doesn't sound like nas, nor big L. That's one of his first releases... Before infinite.

After that he did what everyone was at the time. :p

Anyways, yea I get your point. Just thought i'd suggest something which could make you stand out more.

Yeah, that song is dope as fuck. But yeah i agree i need something to stand out more. But you gotta realize most rap now a'days is with shitty flows & shitty pointless lyrics (People like waka flocka flame, Lil B, soulja boy, a lot of young money rappers (except tyga)). I think i'm outside the box from most rap on the radio today.

But I would like to stand out from anything ever made. Idk, i'm only 18, i got years to work on it and i'm sure it'll change over time and i'll get better & better.

Yep, the more you practice the better you get.

Maybe try adding some different flavors into your current flow? (also I still highly suggest getting a better quality mic).

Different flavors as in, adding more words into the lines that rhyme, obviously it still has to make sense and tell a story or whatever but,
Honestly the more rhymes that you can do that include a well said story / point the better.

Sounds very nice Chase! Keep it up :p

I think the beat is a bit too loud for your tone of voice :p.

Thanks man... Yeah my voice is ALOT more deeper in person than what you hear over a mic. Any ideas for a rapper name? I need one haha.

Your lyrics aren't bad, but your flow doesn't change at all, no matter the beat. I def. see improvement listening to your songs. Your headed in the right direction, and if you have a studio near you, i would be interested in donating for some studio time for you. Don't give up on your dreams man, i would also like to have just a fun freestyle battle. (I'm not a rapper, just freestyle when im super blazed(not that good).)

    Thanks guys.

Erm... if you listened, did you not notice in my recent songs i've not talked about it as much? Either way, weed is a big part of my life--so i'll rap about it if I want too. Although I've been off that topic recently in my songs.

No worse than all these rappers rappin about how much $ they got, guns, and girls they get. I'm just keeping it real, bro. I get high, and I rap about it, and I explain the complications that came with it. What else would you want me to rap about?

    Thanks for listening, though.

Well, I don't have a mic atm. But when I get paid, I'm going to pied piper to get a mic, and I'm going to spend out the ass for one. So it'll sound better after i get it.

I listened to Trouble on my mind - #7.

    Heres feedback:

It's decent, your fundamentals are decent. I think your quality is what knocks you the most though, you need to take out your breaths and add some adlibs so it doesn't sound too 2D. You want it to stand out. but your Lyrics and swag are pretty sick man, so props on that... I'll listen to more later and give you more feedback. Also can you return the favour on my track please 'Still Dreaming' thankyou.
