Worker scam

Reporting a trial-worker of mine scamming a few days ago.

tl;dr - Hired him as a trial worker (trial workers have no deposit/or a very very low deposit, and i only give them jobs on my accounts or friend's accounts who accept the "risk" at a discounted rate).

So some backstory here as well that will be important later:
* I was having him work on a pure for me for 90m. We had two of them for 90m each, 180m total. One of the accounts i bought from a tut seller and that account got recovered (that's a separate issue), the other account was my own account that i made myself. The worker did not know that the second one was my account. A few days after the first account got recovered, the second one did as well (the one i owned myself) and his excuse to me was he had no clue what happened. I suspected it was him, but had no proof at the time.

Began noticing small inconsistencies in jobs, for example:
- Using too many chins/runes on chinning/barraging jobs (i have a pretty good idea of what is needed for a certain amt of xp, he used way too many on a few jobs but i chalked it up to him just being inexperienced).
- Using too many cannonballs on cannoning jobs (same concept as above).
- Small stacks of items missing from my/my friend's accounts. Things like 300 rune arrows, or stacks of 100 prayer pots, things like that.

Then finally, he got greedy and took a berserker ring + archers ring + about 10m NMZ points worth of blue dragon scales from a friend of mine who he was doing an order on. My friend told me about it but said he wasn't 100% sure if he had spent the points himself or if the worker had taken them (found out later it was the worker), and my friend thought that maybe the worker just died with the rings on (very unlikely i told him). But because of that we didn't have solid proof.

So this is where the pure account from earlier becomes important. This is where the solid proof is and where everything comes together. As soon as the account got hacked i submitted a recovery, but it took a long time. I finally got it back about 2 weeks later, and when i logged into the account it was at the ge, so i checked the ge history and i saw ALL of the items that were involved in the previous jobs that seemed weird. So there were:

- Blue dragon scales (~35k)
- Cannonballs
- Chins
- Bloods runes (from barraging job)
- Rune arrows
- Potion stacks
- Zulrah scales from uncharging things
- Berserker ring
- Archer ring
- Bunch of other random stuff that you see as random piles in people's banks.

So i saw this as solid proof that this is what happened:

- Worker saw that the first account he was training got recovered by the owner. He must have thought that this was a good chance to steal the second account because it would seem likely that i bought both accounts from the same person, and that they would recover both. But he didn't know that the second account was always mine and never owned by anybody else. So he saw that opportunity and took it. He then began stealing small things over time over jobs and it was adding up and he was selling it on the account that he tried to steal from me to avoid detection because he thought i would never get it back because he didn't know i was the owner.

I see this as solid proof due to the correlation, banning his sythe account probably won't do much tbh because he doesn't even use it much but i just wanted this thread here so i can link it to people that i warn about him.
