I've worked as a dish washer and a construction worker. I currently do some freelance concert booking/promotion but I'm on the hunt for a part time job.

 

He means a real job.

 

Local Record store @ $10/hr, twas fun while it lasted all but 6 months. :/

 

Been working at our family bar for a good 4 years. I plan on going back to school in August for Criminal Justice.

 

I work at this restaurant and I do the cashier/drive-thru. Been almost 9 months.

Lol, lately, I've worked weekends because I've busy with soccer and school.

Umm, I haven't had proper work experience (Only 14) But once I helped out with one of the Sydney FC players where I cleaned there boots, helped them and stuff for a week. Was actually pretty cool.

I'm applying for a job at Gamestop because I love to game, so I figured I'd try to pick a part time job [ since im still a student ] that pertained to doing what I love.

 

Don't tell them your a hardcore gamer.

Tell them you moderately play games and keep up with the high tech. They don't wan't people who give opinions LOL they just wan't workers. Trust me my friend failed on his interview because they tricked him into explaining why his xbox 360 is better than ps3.


Could be different though.

 

I used to deliver papers a few years ago. Now I'm trying
to get a job anywhere possible. :[ it's pretty hard lol.

 

I have a Few..
Tim Hortons.. I Quit after a Night of drinkking & the wrong customer said the wrong comment too me. Dumped his coffee on the floor & walked off.

Worked at a Meat Shop cleaning up blood & guts. I now have a stomach of steel smelling all that blood.

Did Odd Jobs at the local community centre for 10$ an hour ended up moving refrigerators... so much fun.. ended up getting buddied up with an alcholic downed a six pack at lunch quit right there and then..

Best Job though right now would be cleaning up construction sites for 15$/h 10 hours a day 5 days a week no taxes under the table

 

I work at Costco, demoing a health/energy supplement to potential customers. I get paid a good hourly wage, on top of commissions. Pretty sweet little deal considering it is my first ever real job.

 

I started off as a bagger for Smith's.

Bagger > Deli clerk> Deli assi manager.

 

I worked at dad's construction helping others E.G. lifting up blocks that weights ~5 pounds.I was 13 then all summer long work,for a fucking ATV.Im 14 now.I worked at some local country fair/mart. That was my first real job that my family was not putting they'r noses over there.I was 14.
