I have never done work experience and I am in my senior stage of high school. It is optional here, but if I wish, I may drop a subject and do a paid apprenticeship.

Right now I can't find work so I'm volunteering wherever people refer me to. It gives me something to do which is nice.

A bunch of political volunteer work, not for a high school requirement, but for what I believe in (and the catered lunches weren't so bad either).

You might want to start looking. Any work experience is a good thing and can only help you out.

Was the crying based on the place being like dirty and gross, or from the old people being mean, or the manager being a dickhead? Or any other alternative reason? Just curious.
