WOOT proxy that works with runescape

thanks to cyrum and some other guys in tech support i found a proxy that works with runescape google ultrasurf it is the first link u need to be a admin to download it so if u aren't restart ur computer and hold either f5 or f8 and then make a administrator acount or give urslef admin rights if u make one make sure to delete it later when u download it go to options then proxy settings and check the box that says directly use ultrasurf

At school and at home all proxies are blocked.

 

any socks5 proxy works with RS.... or any normal proxy entered in through the java CP

lol to bad and yah i know it is blocked at school so u can just download it at home put it on a flash drive then use it at school
and if it is blocked at home try using a proxy that isn't blocked to get to the site and download it
and the only socks5 proxys that is could find u have to pay to use and this is free so way better than those anyways cuz there is no way to block it once u have downloaded it
