TOBE isa power abusign he banned a few people for fun including my guy whipped pure, i didnt do anything agaisnt any rules

 

I called tobe cuz i kno him in real life

and he hasnt been on since 12/14/08
and i checked the ips

I found out it was

TOBY no TOBE

he is now banned and all accounts + ip's have been unbanned.
