• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: well, originally the ban reason indicated that i was banned for scamming offsite, bu in this thread it was cleared up that i was banned not for scamming but for trying to chargeback (the chargeback actually failed anyways because they fought it) which at the time i didn't realise was also a ban able offense, since it failed i wasn't sure how to repay it since nothing was taken i just bought another sub on the website which i won't use (proof)

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: nothing else to confess

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: the forum stopped being active on the offsite forum i.e i made a support thread for the software they sell and no admin took notice of it for over 3 weeks, and the marketplace had all but died, so i made the rash mistake to refund the money spent on the weekly sub and leave the forum. I believe i should be unbanned because this one negative thing shoudn't define who i am as a trusted seller using the website, i've sold and bought thing from sythe before and never had a problem after going first and having people go first with me so i think my actions here on the site instead should define what sort of person i am instead of a charge-back offsite from a while ago, hopefully i get pardoned so i can continue being a hq seller here, thanks for reading admins.

Can you link the thread with your ban reason? As I'm looking through the original one you linked and it seems it's resolved and you shouldn't be banned but you still are?

the original thread on interwebz was resolved and the only reason i am banned there was due to chargebacking the subscription i payed for the cheat, the ban reason on sythe was for offsite scamming (which obviously i didn't do) with the link to the resolved scam report (i think whoever banned me presumed it was a valid scam report because i was banned) but i got told by @Charlotte on my disputing a ban thread that chargebacking a sub on another website still a valid reason to get banned here and to make a thread asking for a pardon

You still did a chargeback on a service you received - failed or not.

Sorry I didn't see the tag before. No, all I know is there was a dispute on a scam but told him to pardon.

 

Pardon has been denied for 6 months, try not to ban evade next time.
