Wondering something about dragon slayer

Hey Everybody anybody know what stats i would need to beat elvarg with melle On my obby tank. im at 30 def and 20 strength right now i would like to keep my mage low so i dont got up to much.

Obby tank buddy, Obby meaning 1 attack. It's gona be hard with those stats. I suggest getting 40 defence 60 strength and 47 mage. (curse and teleport mage just get 45 for all the non quested teles) You wont get ANY combat levels or hp levels, it wont affect your combat level the slightest bit.

P.S
mage is for the water spell so you will be able to hit quite well on the dragon. I think it's level 47 can't get on rs at the moment.

stats sugested to kill dragon:
-=-melee-=-
stats: 40att; 45str; 30def; 40hp
armor: atleast full addy include boots, gloves, cape.
Weps: rune scimmy (NO 2h weps!)
food:lobs
-=-Mage-=-
stats:45mage; 20hp
armor: full mage include boots, gloves, cape.
Weps: staff(air,water,fire,earth), able to cast atleast 50 fire bolts.
-=-Ranger-=-
stats:40 range; 20hp
armor:full green d hide include boots and cape.
Weps: Maple shortbow; mith arrows.

You should be fine if you just use super pots and sharks. I beat him on my level 17 who had one attack one strength and 40 defence.

If your gonna do it at this lv, get 41 mage, air blast him, I doubt fire bolt would be much use on him, I beat him at lv 37 with mage but it took me about 100 air blasts and also 21/25 lobbys

you can use any spell on him..you gotta be in a certain corner and he wont atk back..

can you cannon it? if you can it might be ok to sacrafice a few range lvls instead of alot of mage lvls to kill it.
