Just sign up, the user interface is very simple, you can have your albums so you can access your pictures later without writing down the link. Also you can upload 3 pictures at once.. Yes, photo quality is preserved.

2) www.tinypic.com
use this instead if you're lazy. Full-quality pictures and no signup required.
