I'll add the TL'DR here, so you all can get the solution fast.
Smack Won_gold with a TWC and make them split screen their skype chat logs with a sythe staff member to verify the chat logs they have on Skype with the user that sold them gold many times ''Geir'' A.K.A. http://www.sythe.org/members/281799-panason9c.html. If they are innocent they should have Geir's skype added (since they've sold/bought gold many times) and it shouldn't have anything about my skype profile, targets to choose from, anything about hacking etc. It should only contain non edited/removed information about Won_gold buying from the user. Also check for the RSN ''Green87man'' in the skype logs between the two.
Mistakes made by the user who hacked Dave's Skype and tried to rip me off are below (the user is''Geir'' http://www.sythe.org/members/281799-panason9c.html

Mistake #1 User admitting to having a connection with Won_gold o_0 to me via skype when he tried to scam me
Mistake #2 Trying to fucking scam me, and adding a private skype that few have access to. Or just drawing my attention in general.
Mistake #3 Admitting to being apart of a Chinese site for gold buying/selling
Mistake #4 Fucking with a Sythe staff member, and scamming/hacking.


This information suggests a high probability that Won_Gold has affiliation with the person who hacked Daves Skype. The information provided is to prove Won_Gold colluded to attempt to steal my gold by giving them my skype and having them try to buy off me.

Hacker admits that Won_Gold holds his money, maybe contact Won_Gold and see if they have knowledge of this, or any trades with the user.

I want to speak to Russian to see if he contacted Geir, or if Geir contacted him and if Russian has sold gold to Won_Gold before or has them added on skype. Also if they've advertised on their skype status or threads anywhere about selling bulk gold.

My skype is not public, no threads I've posted on have it. Only someone I've given it out to could've given this guy my skype and I've only given it to a few people which singles out possible suspects quite nicely.

This person somehow knew my skype because they added me on Skype before sending me a PM on Sythe to do a deal. Funny how I sold before to Won_Gold and they knew my skype, but my skypes not public yet someone with affiliation to Won_Gold adds my private skype and tries to buy gold off me. Later the user that tried to buy gold from me ends up hacking Daves Skype and scamming someone for gold.

Also, how I'm known for bulk selling which would make me a juicy target for this hack incident as I have several threads created, some of which show selling 10B+ stock and have ties to Won_gold by selling them 2b+ one time.

Upon further investigation I found this,
Chinese gold site, Bijiaqi.com that serves European (Or Estonian, and keep in mind the hacker is Estonian) game servers.

Keep in mind Won_Gold is chinese, which means there is a link here to Won_gold with this Estonian hacker based off of all this information. We lack the solid evidence for conviction of direct crime, but why would he tell me Won_Gold keeps his balance if Won isn't associated with him, and then after further investigation, the ties add up and start to make sense.

Did Won_Gold have any connection to this? Yes
Does Won_Gold buy hacked gold from this user? Yes, clearly.
Does this user really know Won_Gold? Holds his money for him, yes.
I believe the answer to all of these is yes. He was willing to have paid me from Won_Gold, so he must know Won or have an association with Won_gold well enough for that. There is no other reasonable explanation as to how he got my private skype as he added me earlier today. Nobody else on my skype is Chinese that i've sold gold to, and he only mentioned Won_gold's name.

My theory,
Won_Gold gave the hacker my skype to try and scam me, when he failed to do so he then found a different target and then used Dave's account to rip off a different user.

This should be enough for a TWC until this is sorted. If possible, request to screenshare Won_gold's skype for TWC removal to verify he hasn't been privately colluding with the user to scam/hack members or buy hacked gold with the knowledge of it. If Won_Gold has nothing to hide, they should have no issues screensharing a staff member for verification. Also, just incase they removed the user from skype (as they should have him added if they bought gold from him), enter the users skype profile during the screenshare and read all the logs saved in Won_golds skype. If they have none, they're obviously hiding it as they bought gold from the user that hacked Dave's Sythe recent ( few days ago at least, check vouch thread of user above).

I'm requesting a staff member to add me on skype, or add Won_gold o_0 on skype to screenshare and check the chat logs between the skype profile ''Ekselenzjikii'' as he was the one who scammed Russian, tried to scam me, possibly framed Won_gold, and hacked Dave's skype.

Please check back to the date I added Won_gold (3/4/15) in the chat logs with the user to make sure she didn't give him my skype so I can delete the scam report. If however, there is any proof of the user being given my skype by Won_gold then they are guilty of colluding, and taking part in buying hacked/scammed gold from a user with the knowledge of it and a few other offences. This is the only way to prove Won_gold is innocent as they showed me screenshots but partial and a few appeared edited.

This is the one I believe to be edited, as this one doesn't match the status of their current skype.

Also check the date and time of the screenshot here, they appear to be buying gold at 12:09 on 3/17/15 in Dandong, China. PST is -15 hours behind Dandong, China so 3/16/15 9:09 PM P.S.T. which is weird because The guy tried to scam me at 6:28 PM on 3/16/15 which means Won_gold spoke to the user after he hacked Dave and after he tried to scam me.

This confirms Won_gold spoke to the user after he tried to scam me and around the time he scammed Russian, which means Won more than likely bought the scammed gold off the guy, but Won told me on skype they hadn't spoken to the guy in days.

Time right now in PST is 7:34 AM, so this means it's -15 hours from Dandong.
Russian made the report @ 7:26 PM yesterday, so this means after Russian was scammed, and after Geir failed to scam me, he then sold the gold to Won_gold, even after Russian made the report Won_gold still bought the gold less than 2 hours after this report.

This all adds up a little too perfectly don't you think? That means Won_gold lied, bought the scammed gold from the user and possibly other scammed gold, and did indeed edit the photos they sent me and have something to hide.
This should easily warrant a screenshare check or a TWC until proof comes forward that Won_gold is somehow innocent.

Remembered this being made a while ago and nothing was done because he never technically bought the gold. However people say a picture is worth a thousand words. These pictures show how easily Won_Gold were willing to accept stolen good. There was no "maybe" from them. They blatantly said "we dont care how you get gold, just if you sold it to us, we will pay it, and if better, dont tell who you sold to."

They were clearly willing to accept stolen gold and not only this but are well aware it is against the rules, because they asked that the person not make it public that he sold them stolen gold. Note that the user chatted with them and pretty much started out that it was stolen gold and they brushed it off like it was nothing. The fact of the matter is Won Gold have probably knowingly purchased billions of stolen gold as shown in the pictures I linked they simply don't care.

If nothing else this gives testament to the fact that Won_Gold are willing to accept gold from anywhere no matter what, and I wouldn't doubt that they collaborated with Panason9c let alone that they have bought stolen gold off of him or others.

The offence you are targeting Won_Gold with is "knowingly buying stolen property". What you have provided proves that Won_Gold has bought from this user, but you have not provided solid evidence that Won_Gold knew it was stolen at the time.

I suggest you contact Won_Gold and tell them to stop doing business with this user. Document that information, link them to this thread, and then if they continue doing business with that user in the future, you will have much more ground to stand on.

I know it's a frustrating situation. Our worker's Sythe was hacked last week (very possibly by the same person), and the gold was off-loaded immediately to the Chinese.

If the user scammed, Won should be able to take the funds and pay you. Won did buy Russians gold off that user and maybe others as well. The screenshot proves that at least her buying gold off the hacker/scammer less than 2 hours after it being reported stolen.

Look at the users vouches, Where does Geir get all this gold so fast and so bulk? He must be hacking/scamming/luring or whatever every day in order to get this much gold, there is no way someone makes all this gold pvming 24 7.

I am scrolling through the report and do not see this evidence. You've flooded the report with irrelevant information. Can you clearly show me where Won_Gold releases your personal information to the scammer. And any other information proving they colluded. I can see your thought process, but right now it's simply circumstantial. There are many ways that someone could have found your Skype. Is it suspicious? Absolutely. But there's not much action we can take on that suspicion. What you're asking now is for us to demand Won_Gold's Skype logs, which is very gray area, and I'm not sure of any precedent where this happened with such little initial evidence involved.

He's the only one who was warranted by Won_gold to be looked at, so I'd say only Geir. When she screenshares make sure her skype is Won_gold_gold and Geir's skype is Ekselenzjikii
Check the logs all the way through 3/4/15 as that's when I added Won_gold to skype and gave her my profile. If Won_gold has nothing to hide then there should be no mention from Won_Gold to geir in her logs about my skype profile, or anything about hacked/scammed gold etc.

According to Geirs claims in his ban dispute, Won_gold hacked him and since she knew my skype she tried to scam me with his skype after she got ahold of it. I find this story to be completely untrue and highly unlikely, but I never dismiss all possibilities of something until there's ample evidence that says otherwise.

Either someone who doesn't have the best english did indeed hack him and scam Russian/try to scam me and then hack Dave, or
Geir falsified the evidence to make it look that way so he could scam and try to get away with doing it by a ''benefit of the doubt'' story.

I looked into the IPs and such - he was indeed hacked, those sales are legitimate as far as I acn see and the gold wasn't stolen. The IP from the last post was from a hacked/new IP but the the old IPs don't match anyone but himself.

Just gonna close this, all those other trades are valid. At least based off the "first glance" - this evidence isn't much though
