    On his Skype account, it clearly lists that his other Skype is Wcardelegance:

    Also on his powerbot account, it also lists the same Skype:

    I asked him why he had a TWC on Powerbot and he refused to explain the reasoning behind it saying "I don't use powerbot":

    In this screenshot he also explained that his old Skype was:

    However he claims this has been limited. The proof can be found here:

    I'm not sure why he is TWCed but I feel that he should be TWCed here until an explanation is given.

    Also, here is some proof of Time to Buy showing that this was won's old Skype:
