Which violation you are reporting the user for: He is not replying anymore and idk what to do
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

I hired skeer.graphics to do some of my graphics, and he has done some work but hasnt finished. He hasnt replied to me for a few months now and idk what to do.. i liked what he has done so far and would like him to continue, but not if its going to take forever, i need a solution

Oh, feel free to hire someone else. Don't have much time to finish it at the moment, you don't owe me anything for the work that has been completed (I was working upfront).

 

But since i liked what you have done, i was thinking about making the other designer copy it and finish with the rest, you sure u dont want some money for what has been done? could you maybe get on discord so i could show you which parts i would like copied?
