Scammed by Alex2012 and Barton vodka

Fckn these kids wastEd my fckn 3 hrs tonight. Its late here so I'll be posting all the screenshots tmrw.

I.was buying Btc from fckn Alex and we agreed I have MP ten she went to Barton. She the. Told me Barton couldn't redeem since he had problems. I then waited and was then framed that I was framing for 35$ lol. I have a receipt and MP code I'll be posting shortly. These midis fckn scamming assholes

I will be calling money pak tmrw but is fckn obvious Barton sold the code its so fckn obvious I knew this would happening have there's the code for fckn 3 hrs still couldn't get sht done.

Will be posting receipt and MP code and will also call Paypal. Fck Sythe all full of scammers .

The MoneyPak was refunded on 9/16/2014 in the amount of $35.05.

Some midi that Theresa have the code to took it. Probably that idiot.Barton I mean he's a $50 donator but that's sht. There would be no.traces if he scams or gives the code to someone

 

I got a request from Theresa to redeem a moneypak. I once did awhile ago and had a problem with the refunding part of it.

I put in the code and the verification process and got to the 2nd page where it says "You're account can't redeem but we'll send you a refund check..blah blah blah." I never pressed the continue button on the 2nd page to send to my address.

I have skype convos and such if needed.

He claims it's refunded and one would only know if they input the code and such and I believe he input the code and might have refunded it.

Here I ask him how he know and he tries to shrug it off:


If for some reason that it just automatically refunds someone when they input it, I will gladly refund him.

However, I believe he (or someone else) is trying to frame.

It doesn't make much sense for something to get refunded without requesting it. (a.k.a. clicking the continue button with my address in it.)

He says in his scam report that his paypal isn't verified and can't redeem. But if you look at my screenshot, he says he doesn't even have a PayPal. How does that make any sense?

Hey Bit,

First of all, relax cause I'm pretty sure no one scammed you. When paypal's use MoneyPaks too often and break the rules of them aka use them as a type of currency, PayPal can do 1 of 2 things.

1. Close your PP
2. Block you from MoneyPaks so that you can only refund them and no longer redeem them. This is what happened to Barton's PayPal ( I believe) so he'll just have to request the refund, pay alex, then alex will pay you.

 

Sorry, about raging but I literally stayed up for 3 hours just to make this deal and in the end they end up framing me saying that I was framing/frauding or whatever. Anyway how long will this process take? I would like to receive my money as soon as possible -.-. And do you still need me to update pictures or any info?

EDIT: I believe Barton now must've claimed it or something since it says on Money-Pak that the card has been refunded of $35.05. This means it wasn't cashed in but instead someone refunded it. First of all, I know how this looks like but I didn't refund it. My paypal isn't even verified and I cant redeem any Money-Pak's at all . Also at the time of the transaction I was on my phone the whole time waiting for Alex to redeem the card. The only reasonable conclusion I can draw from this is that Barton either took the refund without knowing or he knowingly did so. Or he sold the code to someone because he knew it wouldn't been able to be traced. I will be calling Money-Pak once i get home but there's nothing I can do since they say they cant refund stolen goods or whatever.

Do you have any proof of who redeemed the MP? I know Alex can't do it, that's for sure.

Idk who redeemed the Money-Pak I didnt do it my PP isnt verified and I cant verify it even if I wanted too.

I also was on my phone during the whole process -.-. I swear I didnt redeem it all I wanted was my btc thats why I actually made threads in which I wanted someone to get me btc in return i gave them my MP.

Also I cant trace the Money-Pak since they aren't a "bank" and that you have to treat the card like cash and if its stolen to bad =/.

I mean I know Alex wasn't scamming me or anything I did trades with him before but it doesn't make since that the card was refunded. I didn't give the code to anyone it was brand new bought straight from 7-eleven.
