I've seen the video, not only were you impatient but also pretty obnoxious. As Searchy said above

Contact him and collect your gold.

 

As you seen from the video I first approached him asking if he had GP to sell. Which he didn't at the time and I had to wait 20-30 mins after sending the payment before getting any legitmate response or even seeing the gold.. Also doesn't matter how long I took ? I had to rush for work I would of bought the gp elsewhere if this was the case, you can't let users like searchy get away with something like that.

On top of that

there was no agreement of no refund there is no TOS stating no refund

Time from you sending payment to being available to deliver was exactly 6 minutes. You didn't agree to my location/trading methods so I had to arrange an alternative (high level p2p accounts to deliver the gold with) which was done in a timely manner with no extra charge.

 

Now your straight up lying wasn't exactly 6 minutes, you were even taking very long to respond... I'll let you lie I don't mind you also lied about having the gp 'always being stocked and ready to trade' but anyways this doesn't change the fact that I'm entitled to a refund has there's nothing stated in your ToS.
