Thanks for the mod-friendly report. Mfw one of his ban reasons is "too many scam accusations." This guy clearly is up to no good so I've DNT'd him. If anyone tagged by Wortel wants to make a thread proving he's scammed them that would be great (and required, if you want to get refunded).
