Wish Ban Dispute

Hello, my name is Melvin and I have been a member of sythe (Wish) for a few years now. I have recently been banned for scamming when in reality, I was the one scammed in the first place.

If you take a look of the dispute filed against me, the user 'Rodogs7' claims that I had scammed him $15 for gfx that he made for me. He is correct when he says that I asked him to make me a signature and an avatar but I did not scam him.

The user was very anxious to begin with, getting somewhat irritated with the fact that I wasn't responding through Skype right away. If you refer to the conversation photos found in the dispute filed against me (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1797141-wish-scammed.html) the user states that I had went offline at 3:49 AM which is true, but it was only for a moment due to a internet connection error.

If you take a good look at the timestamps on the messages in the Skype conversation, my last replies were at 4:09 AM & 4:17 AM (Rodogs7's time zone) and Rodogs7 states that he 'went to sleep'... The last message sent by Rodogs7 was at 3:49 AM and I had replied at 4:09 AM which is only 20 minutes apart.. I have never heard of a user who decides to 'fall asleep' right before he is about to get paid for his work. And although I cannot prove this, the user was online on Skype and on Sythe for several minutes after I sent my messages at 4:09 AM & 4:17 AM so if he actually did go to sleep, he must not have shut down or put his computer/laptop to sleep.

Regardless, the only reason that the payment is on hold is because I filed a dispute through Paypal due to the fact that I did not receive any graphics. I mean come on.... Look at the photos of the Skype conversation (http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1797141-wish-scammed.html). Rodogs7 claims that he 'sent' me the graphics but the interval between my last message sent and the messages of him sending me the graphics are over 24 hours apart.

I have nothing wrong to jeopardize the safety of Sythe's online market. For my entire time on Sythe I have done nothing wrong.. I originally got Rodogs7 banned for scamming me but yet he is able to get unbanned and ban me for scamming him? After being originally scammed by Rodogs7, I had blocked him on Skype so I did not receive any of the messages sent by him.

 

As it stands, you have the graphics but you didn't send the paypal payment through. That makes you a scammer.
