• Report/post/reason that got you banned: I was banned on Chefy for reasons that happened years ago on MMOExchange that was due to selling an account and i was never able to re-recover it. So i was reported on MMO and here on Sythe but never used Sythe a whole lot at the time. Feat it was unfair and after 2-3 years i created a new profile @ratch but never used it a whole lot. Didn't like the name so i created @Earlesten and then @WiseGuys but have never had any active or past reports against any one of those accounts.
• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Never scammed anyone on Sythe or any other website nor have i been reported, other than the on going accusation RobbR has against me.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Ban Evading over the last 5-6 years
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well the original ban was against Chefy due to something that was taken out of context years ago on MMOExchange and i've had a squeaky clean record on Sythe since being back on + donated because of how much i enjoy the community.
• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes, fully read, understand and used the template.
• Previous pardon link(s) if applicable: None that i can remember, maybe one for Chefy years ago....

I'll be looking into this more later on, though I highly suggest you make a proper dispute in which you show remorse. We won't really care how much of a saint you are now, it's all about why you ban evaded which was wrong in the first place already.

• Okay, so i'm trying to fully replay the events that took place 6 years ago. I remember my name on mmo was xCanadian and i had a canadian flag as my avatar and a very very trusted user. Then i had a altercation with a new member of the website and it ended up with me getting a TWC because of my threats towards him, and obviously after some time i was able to calm down and dispute the TWC and it had ended up getting removed but at that time the damage was done and i was banned here on Sythe. Which at the time wasn't a major deal to me because i use MMO all the time and i was only 21-22 at the time. Very young, very stubborn and foolish. So i became super trusted member on MMO and as we all know eventually it ended up closing and becoming a new member forum but just never the same. I had started my new adventure looking for a forum with some pretty sweet people and discovered Sythe. Now i had already gotten banned as we all know and then reported and banned again for ban evading which at that point i was IP banned. Now i was still living at home while all this was taking place so it affected my younger brother as well which may be where all the accounts come from.
  Gravy Train - Avatar is of our childhood dog Jack, a border collie dog which was super close to my brother so safe to say that account is his.
  The rest of the accounts are mine xCanadian, Chefy, Earlesten, Ratch.
  I was first banned on Chefy for what took place on MMOExchange, but Ratch was my first sythe account created. Never liked the name much and never use Sythe all that much during this time. Once Chefy got banned i quit using Sythe then decided to come back couple years later and created Earlesten which was a name i didn't like eventually going back to my MMO name xCanadian. Eventually leading to wanting a new, fresh start and created WiseGuys.
  Now on all of these usernames leading from MMOExchange i have 0 scam reports and 0 infractions against me. I realize that you ask me for remorse, yet the only thing i'm guilty of in any sense is evading a ban that i was never aware of or made aware of on Chefy. I was 24 when all these events took place, fairly young, fairly irrational and probably impulsive but still my record was and is clean since joining Sythe. I donated to the website because of how much i enjoy this forum. If i had bad intent or anything along those lines then it would have shown its ugly face over these last 5-6 years. I'm asking for a pardon for actions that took place years and years ago and for evading a ban so i can stay in this community that i enjoy so much. Yes i've created a crap load of accounts but only remained active on a couple of them. I'd be cool with all of them being banned and keeping WiseGuys. I honestly don't know what else i can say or do to prove to you i'm sorry but i %100 own my actions, which has been evading a ban but i don't regret it due to how much i enjoy coming on Sythe. Helping members with being able to use OSBuddyPro or selling starter accounts to people coming back to OSRS or simply creating and establishing trust and bonds with other members. It is rewarding to me. I hope that this helps you Wortel or anyone else who reads this.

Drimble is NOT me nor is the account in any way shape or form associated with me so please do not ban him or anything along those lines. I'd hate for him to get punished for something he never did,

 

I'll be trying to get in contact with someone who was known or in any way related to MMOExchange, meanwhile it appears the original ban reason was also "Threatening to Chargeback". Do you have anything to say about that? According to @I_DONT_BOT in this report your dispute was also denied there. Anything about that?

Well this happened before RS 3 was released and OSRS is 5 years old now and RS 3 was out about 1-1.5 years before OSRS was released so this would have happened 6-7 years ago..? 6 years to be exact looking at the original report so my memory on the matter is fuzzy.
I remember being issued a TWC for a chinning order i completed and i made the mistake of not screen shoting the chins he gave me on the account for the order and when i finished he reported that i had taken the chins from the account so i was issued a TWC. I then disputed the TWC and was asked to pay him back for the $$ in missing chins. I did so to remove the TWC and moved on with my life. We never saw eye to eye on anything after wards and he came at me months later, so yes i threatened to chargeback the money i paid back to him if he was going to continue pissing around with me.
Again, 6 years ago i was 22 years old, very young and very immature way of dealing with a issue like that, i let my frustration get the best of me and for that i do apologize . Its been 6 years and i feel with my dealings with RobbR have shown that i have matured and understand how to deal with certain scenario when they arise.

As for a perm ban on MMOExchange i really don't remember. The last transaction i made on MM0Exchange was selling a max main on RS 3 with a completionist cape for 1 billion gold and that was done and completed with xCanadian on MMOExchange. So i honestly don't recall ever being perm banned on MMOExchange. I was perm banned here on Sythe and when i realized i was perm banned i tried to dispute it on Sythe but that was denied.

At the end of the day, i made some mistakes. I threatened to do something ignorant to someone in retaliation of their harassment and i ban evaded, which yes is against the rules but again i don't regret due to how much i enjoy the forum. I own these matters.
What i'd like to point out though is through all of this is that over the last 6 years i've done nothing to any other member on here other than RobbR's accusation, which as of now has no legs to stand on.
I feel and believe this stands for something, at minimum shows i've grown from uttering threats.
