Aw I'm so sad, I look forward to all of your updates

 

I feel so annoyed for you I enjoyed this progress, wish you would continue as a normal iron and still update

 

I'll still play the account occasionally but I've already got a high level ironman, so I won't be playing nearly as much. This was just an experiment to see how far I could get on HCIM

The most annoying part is that I can't even do any of the cool shit on Fossil Island, I essentially died for no reason

Initially I was going to keep starting over until I maxed a HC, but after the way I died I lost all motivation and probably won't be starting over lol. Shitty way to go

 

They should do rollbacks on users with sufficient proof they've dced. Sad to lose so much progress.

I decided to keep going with this thread despite failing to max a HC

I decided to keep playing for the time being, even though the entire point of this was to try to max a HCIM. Too much progress on the account to just give up completely


I got 77 runecrafting the other day using this method:

Here's a short clip of what the past two days of my life have consisted of for 49-77 rc:


77 rc for Bloods has been a goal of mine for a long time that I thought I'd never achieve without getting 99 slayer or doing a bunch of Zulrah for the ess, but I managed to complete the horrible grind of gathering 2,600 imp boxes and 5,200 Arceuus library books to knock it out. Currently AFKing blood runes and it's amazing.

It's been a long time since the last update with a lot of shit getting done, so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves this update

Mainly slayer/RC gains since last update, currently still just grinding out slayer until 87 for Zulrah/other shit

Got a mothafuckin Z Spear drop from Kril @ 77 slayer, 38kc, so I was able to ditch the Dragon Scimitar super early on this account. Extremely happy about that.

What was that runecrafting method you had video'd before? Is that a good way to get RC up from 49?

I really want to get 85 crafting also, did you just grind out docks?

What'd you do for your mining?

I started that at 49 RC as well, so yea it works just fine as long as you have 70 HP to enter Zamorak GWD to hunt the imps and 77 or whatever hunter level it is to catch the imps. The xp scales with level, and you can only use this as a long-term method, not 49-60 or something like that, otherwise RNG will fuck you

For crafting I did Tzhaar thieving, requires 99 Thieving for the skillcape perk and Ardougne hard diaries, to PP the "gem knights" for tokkul/uncuts, you use the tokkul to buy gems from the new Tzhaar gem shop and cut/craft them into jewellery (spelling) for xp. Comes out to ~260k Thieving xp/hr while banking ~60-70k crafting xp/hr, then the process of crafting the gems for xp is something like 70-80k xp/hr

For mining I did this:

It took some time to figure it out, as far as I know I'm the only one who mines this way, but once you get the hang of it it's super relaxing and actually fun to do. Kinda hypnotizes you haha. I'm using Stickykeys/mousekeys in the mining guild with Varrock Armour to mine/drop iron for 77k xp/hr
