You get problems like that generally when you have too many contacts. I think it starts at roughly 600.

Im trying to add people to talk about rsgp etc, and its saying the Windows Live service is down thanks lol

Yeah lol Windows Live Messenger/Essentials was Msn Messenger before

Before it had a much smoother UI and it just ran so much nicer, if you had a contact it request it would pop up... no stupid redirects to there website etc. It was just a much nicer app back then >>.<<

I like skype 1000 times better, but eveybody uses MSN, So I have it too.

I am using Windows Live Messenger. I am being added by other users, and I also add others, a lot of times it glitches and we can not add each other.

Is that WLM problem and I should get MSN?

And where to?
