I was wondering if I could use the installation cd for Windows 7 that my brothers computer came with?

You can use the installation CD to install Windows 7, but you'll need a product key for it as well.

If you wanted to save some money, you could use his CD to install it, and then find a decent keygen for windows, and use the product key it produces.
