Win_All_Day possible scammer?

i could possibly be mistaken but im pretty sure i saw a similar scenaro to this.

Reason to believe: after googling his name i came accross his email being registered in a hack forum. i believe i saw someone get banned for having a hack forum account so thats why im posting this. If its nothing to worry about then you can delete this thread but i just tend to be cautious.

 

You're allowed to have a hack forum account, you're not allowed to actually partake in any blackhat activities though.

If the user in question is linked to anything malicious, post any evidence you have against them in a new RaS report and we can go from there.
