Id say you can just use a reg virus scanner
Start Menu -> Run -> type in cmd
After you have Command Prompt open, type in net start, should give you a list of running services, Win32 Service should be in there.
Type sc stop "Win32 Service" to terminate it, then type sc delete "Win32 Service" to get rid of it completely. I hope that is the exact name of the service, otherwise this won't work, and you need to leave the quotes because of the space.
