I posted this in the dispute forum but it was striked down by Mootrucks. I request Mootrucks have nothing to do with ANY of my reports or me at all. Mootrucks has a personal vendetta with me.
The Fingy incident, when I was a scumbag, I set him up and framed him as he was training Fingy's account at the time. I timed the hacking of Fingy's rs account the same time Mootrucks was training his account to make it look like that it was Mootrucks and not me. Mootrucks knows that, even after I pardoned and refunded all parties he still has a personal vendetta for me, I don't really understand why he doesn't believe people change but W.E I just want him to buzz off. This is the same staff member who asked me to engage in blackhat activities to headhunt someones ban.

Just saying, these are the facts.

If you set a precedent then other cases should go along that. I personally have nothing against Hattez, truth is I only reported him because an individual paid me to do it. But if Tmoe is going to say there was no evidence and question the authenticity of the report. Staff were also linked raw video of the hour+ conversation, there was confirmation "I did it.". So that comes back to me, I know you guys are not a fan because of the shit I stirred but I defended myself and was subjected to personal bias when I refused to snitch on Jam3s and eventually a staff member who I won't name (A staff member leaked my SL and I wouldn't give in). Imo, if you're ruling as a court then everyone gets exonerated and the rule should be changed to Sythe won't rule on Tweeting/twitter drama and nobody will get banned from it.

The videos were privated ages ago, the last view was before hattez posted his dispute. So I would like to know what proof you guys had and telling me "we reviewed the videos" when nobody viewed the video.

No staff member tell me "Sythe explicity said he wants you off the forums". @Sythe never viewed neither Hattez's case nor mine. He didn't view the video nor the evidence. I will tell you how it went down, it's the truth. Tmoe went to him and said "Hey we have this wanker kid who won't tell us who leaked him the staff lounge" to which Sythe probably responded with "I don't have time for this, just get rid of him".

This last week was really an eye-opener for me, it showed who the real friends were and who the flakes. It showed who gave a shit about you and who only needs talks to you when they need something. I tried to be constructive to these forums, I worked on many projects on my own personal time, delayed IRL matters and put Sythe at a priority. Why? To prove that people change and not retain the image of being that one guy who is a blackhat scumbag. To the ones who never wronged me, <3 you guys are great friends. To the staff members who wouldn't say anything but disagreed with occurings of my case because you didn't want to be seen as siding with "a scumbag" , I understand. Got to look for your personal best interest first am I right?

Here are some things I worked on these last couple months to try to help Sythe (As Cheesy/cringey it sounds)

- Help promote Sythe on Reddit by upvote botting their threads, giving them the upvote bot.
- Removed 100+ ban evaders
- Wrote a script that ran the Sythe database and if it found a working account, I would report it on this thread: List of Hacked Profiles(s)
- Wrote many suggestions that would be beneficial to the forums:

- Worked on Sythe RSPS alongside @Syfiends . Planned suggestions and how Richard would monetize it, had a bug team established for final testing.

@Tmoe you can't tell me that I only use Sythe to be malicious and tell me I don't have good intentions when I proved I REALLY wanted to get back to the community to be a part of the market. You never even seen me in the market to judge me, come on. 80% of staff members couldn't even tell me why I was perm banned in October (News flash it wasn't because of blackhat, I confessed to that in December).

Update: I have made truths with Hattez. We made amends and he agreed to drop the report.








Now, this is the part where the community doesn't really know/understand what happened but I know Tmoe will be reluctant to unban me. When I was banned, I was disputing the ban through my friend Tmoe (Or so I thought) and he told me that is was being handled in sl. Now Tmoe to me I thought was my friend, or someone I could always go to for help or just talk to. I was talking to another staff member about him and that staff member told me that Tmoe talks shit behind my back all the time. Now I didn't believe this staff member until he leaked me pictures of what Tmoe said about me in the staff lounge. Now I got upset as I personally invested in Tmoe and thought we were friends and when I confronted him he acted like he didn't know what I am talking about. I kept trying to hint or quote things from what he said in the staff lounge but he kept playing dumb until I leaked a picture directly from the staff lounge of him talking shit about me. It really pissed him off, and he got frustrated with me. He asked me who leaked the staff lounge to me and I wouldn't ever snitch on my own friend. So he made every staff member show their Skype chats with me and all and when they couldn't find anything no proof or confessions, they demoted Soul and put him under the bus as he was one of my close buddies. I don't blame Tmoe for being upset, I really don't. I was just really upset with him at the time. Like if he had a problem with me he could of just talked it out with me. I know that you will not want me unbanned because I am not going to tell you who leaked me staff lounge, all I ask is that you put it beside you.

 

My reluctance to unban you comes from you behaving as if you're above the rules, my perception that you believe you can manipulate staff into acting as you wish, and overall questioning the intentions behind your behavior.

There's a few things you and every other member of this website need to understand: Just because I am nice to you does not mean I am friends with you. I do not and have never known you and I do not consider the vast majority of the people I talk to on Sythe my friends. I enjoy this website and I enjoy helping the people on it, that it is. I do not care how long I have talked to someone, it will not change how I handle their case, and you are no exception. Also, your ban was indeed being handled in staff lounge and I have no problem helping anyone that needs help with their case.

"Talked shit behind your back." I called you scummy in the staff discord after being asked if I concurred, I did concur based off your previous behavior. Perhaps that was in poor taste and I likely should have chosen a different set of words, but that was my then partial-perception. I have told you yourself I thought you were a decent guy; however, that does not mean you do not act like occasionally behave a child when you get up set.

I do not care in the slightest that you think I have some problem with you (I do not). What I do care about is staff actively leaking information as it breaks down the trust within the staff team. I did not handle Soul's demotion, the entire Administrative team did with Sythe ordering it. I concurred, but frankly I am quite bummed Soul is off the staff team because I liked him and he was a good moderator. It is my perception that you used your relationship with Soul to manipulate him; maybe that's not it, but that is how it has been perceived.

I never had a problem with you, I had a problem with your behavior or the possibility that you were engaging in blackhat behavior. I had a problem that you proceeded to sell hacked runescape accounts to Sythe members and proceed to report them a month afterwards to "make an example" or from their perspective, because you were mad at them.

I have no doubt you're a nice guy, but only to people you think are "on your side." Why do I say this? Your directed behavior towards people that you have perceived as wronging you such as myself. I.E. you telling Mootrucks I ban-evaded and you had proof when Tmoe is my original account and each of my bans from a half a decade ago were over-turned.

Also, I do not appreciate this: [removed] and I would appreciate it if you would cease your attempt at compiling my information at some perceived wrong. I do not have some personal investment in you and I will gladly distant myself from your entire ban and let the rest of staff to handle it. The only reason I handled it in the first place is due to other staff being worried about possible lashing out from you.

I am closing this, but you have another version of this sitting in the dispute forum. Another staff member can handle it as I do not wish to have further contact with you as you continue to treat me banning you off a website - as is my job as a volunteer administrator - as some personal vendetta.
