Willyam is a scammer!

I'm sorry for having this posted 3x here, but he kept claiming he was going to pay me and that it was a misunderstanding. Now i know he has been lying to me all the time and here's the full report:

Dear Sythe moderators,

Willyam (http://www.sythe.org/members/242884-willyam.html) scammed me of my 100 euro Paysafecard.

Briefly explain the trade:
I wanted to sell my 100 euro Paysafecard for 80 euro Paypal. Willyam agreed to this and asked me to go first. As he had more then 60 vouches i thought that I could go first without any trouble. Thought wrong
How they scammed:
He asked me to send him the 100 euro Paysafecard via Skype, so that he could redeem it at some gambling site and then he would send me the funds (80 euro) on Paypal.
When i gave him the code it took him pretty long to redeem it, I asked if he finished yet, he replied with 'no'.
Allthough the funds had already left my Paysafecard to a website (Paddypower.com) This was probably the 'gambling' site he was talking about.
He told me he didn't recieve anything on his account yet, and didn't want to send me the money until he had recieved his 'credits'.
Waiting for over an hour he still hadn't recieved his 'credits' yet. And still didn't want to send me the money.
All I know is that I gave him my Paysafecard, that the funds which were on it have been redeemed and that I haven't recieved any money on my Paypal.

Now, all i really care about is that i get the funds on my Paypal or at least the money back which was on the Paysafecard.
So if he is willing to pay me the money i'm willing to drop this case agianst him and move on.

Now last night he claimed he would 'pay me back' overnight. He already send me 30$ as 'proof' he would pay me.

Oh i have proof that it's his Paypal, but i'm going to school now so can't upload it. If a mod still needs it i might upload it later tonight.
