Will this comp run RS in HD + resizable?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H55N-USB3 mini-ITX

GFX Card: EVGA GeForce GT 430 1024 MB DDR3

CPU: Intel Core i5-760 Lynnfield 2.8GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core

RAM: 4GB G.Skill, Ripjaws, 1600MHZ

I want to be able to have 30+ FPS in 800x600 resizable, with relatively high graphics settings (no need for bloom/anti aliasing, mainly looking for textures/lighting). Also, will I be able to record with Fraps?

I'm buying it used since I'm on a very tight budget, so I realize some components are old.

 

It should be fine for running at the settings you want to run it at.

Will definitely run RS on max, but there is room for improvement in the processor and gpu.

 

Rs has been laggy recently on max settings, with even the best computers. I doubt you will easily be able to run RS on max without some sort of lag. My pc is a high range gaming pc which I built myself, and I still don't get a stable 50fps with all the settings turned to max.

 

It will be able to run RS in HD 100%

 

But he wants 30fps. And also, jagex is promising a fix on the lag problems, they say so on the forums quite frequently.

 

I've never had a problem with running HD FS on ANY computer/laptop
