The discovery of "Aliens"?

I'm not really to sure of my opinion on this subject. It could be possible but also not possible at the same time. Now the reason I bring this up is because of the link posted on CNN below.

There are many things that could potentially classify as a "unidentified aerial phenomena". However, now that the U.S. military is covering it along with a major news network like CNN, what do you think is in store for our future?

Are aliens real?

Could we live with another prime species?

Outcome of confrontation?









Also don't forget about the raid that happened today. On a side note I want to go on record and say that was dumb.

 

I'm not sure how you go from the U.S. government mentioning "unidentified aerial phenomena" to "the discovery of aliens". Do you think that the U.S. government has never lied to the public? If the U.S. government was testing some new type of plane/missile/whatever, and it was top secret, are you saying that if they were asked about it, they would immediately spill the beans?

 

Are aliens real? Maybe. The planets we know of are uninhabitable for the most part. Outcome of interacting with otherworldly beings are slim to none. If there was a possibility it would’ve happened by now.

 

I guess I mean do you think it could lead to a relationship between the two?

I kind of agree that it would've happened by now. But at the same time I can't really tell how I'd feel it randomly occurred in the future.

Is it possible? Maybe..

 

I don't believe in aliens but IF* they do exist an uninhabitable planet for us could very well be livable for them.

 

Sure, it could, but "it's a possibility" isn't the same thing as "it's a serious possibility to be considered".

Basic life forms (unicellular cillates) on other habitable planets for sure. But we are just tiny sand grains in desert and we will never know, even when traveling at speed of light

 

I think it's possible for sure that there is something else out there. I don't see how another earth-like. planet couldn't exist. Then again wouldn't even necessarily have to be earth-like.

 

I like to think i'm somebody who's open-minded, to think we are the only species in the universe is too difficult for me to say no. So i absolutely think there is other form of life out there and if we ever get to see it is beyond me. I hope we do?

 

I strongly believe aliens are real and are among us now.

I would not call it aliens, but I do believe that there are intelligent life. Hard to imagine a species with more brain capacity than ourselves since we're so limited. It would be hard for us to see/realize higher beings

I believe they've found some mutated being they've conspired as an alien at most.

I believe we are or will become the so called aliens and that the general population only knows what the government wants us to know or have us believe about it.

on a serious note though the milky way is way to big to be empty, those who think we're the only planet out of billions which can sustain life don't have that much of an imagination. Space is also forever expanding, growing. spooky shit.
