Hey guys, this is the wrong section I know, but everyone in the "upgrade" section is either a scammer or wants RSGP.

Basically, you can buy pins from JaGex with paypal for $7.50.

I'll pay you $8 because I can't buy anymore (already bought 7 this month) it just says failed everytime.
