Will Pay 100 USD Via Paypal - Unban

Lets say I have an account worth over 1000 USD with 11.5 Blackmarks and the Last Appeal declined. I am willing to pay ANYONE 100 USD for a successful solution to unban an account with a permanent ban.
Solutions:
-Somehow remove a 1.6 black marks
-Somehow get a second last chance

Don't start spamming saying its impossible because it IS possible.

Proofs:
1- I knew people with 40-50 black marks and people who have been through more then 1 last chance appeal.
2- All it takes is someone who Jagex employed to unban this account (100 USD to break a rule at work)

You can either Reply to the thread your suggestion or if you don't want other people knowing the solution then PM me. I won't leak it for my own sake.

If I follow someones solution to unbanning the account and it gets unbanned, then that person will be getting the 100 USD via Paypal. And if you know a way, but don't have paypal, therefore you don't want to tell me, I may be willing to send it through the mail.

Didn't Jagex say that over time they will slowly roll back the black marks? So if you wait long a while and then send in another appeal, I'm almost positive they will unban it. I currently have a working account with 14 black marks.

 

Bozarth Oh is that true? I had quit for 1 year and a half. I only have 2.1/10 blackmarks. I also had a last chance appeal that went successful.

 

I don't know but I can't send them appeals. Its been 11 months.

Saying I have 5 or 6 banned accounts from RSC I don't think this is true.

I have unbanned 1-3 so I could give it a try, no promises though.

 

Guys don't say YOU will try to unban my account. Your just telling the world that your a scammer. Just don't say it. You can't do anything more with the name and password then with just the name to unban a perm banned account besides recovering and stuff.

3.) Most of the advice sucks. I got someone who told me a way and I'm pretty sure it works. Just need to give it a little more time.
