Will Jagex Kill BH RWT?

I figure they'll take the loot system from the new PvP and implement it into Bounty Hunter, thus removing yet another RWT method.

 

I dont think they will change BH loot system or remove it. If thye made it so you couldnt get loot in BH and the new pvp worlds only giving a small amount of monery per player kill, will result in JaGex loosing even more members and more ranting.

The thing that really pisses me off is games for instance, world of warcraft, they dont have on their home page ranting about RWT, even though people buy lots of gold every day, yet blizzard dont put trading caps in the game or make it so you cant trade stupid amounts of money.

JaGex, even though this has been bitched about since the removal of staking and pking as well as the trade cap, so what im saying is nothing new, but surely they could sort the economy out, make it easier to make money in game and not result in people buying mills. I wish staking was still around, never gonna happen or pking so im never gonna even attempt to get back in to scaping, jsut a shame it all went to shit.

In my opinion they aren't going to remove BH. If they did, i personally think, they WOULD inform players in advance. Bh in a way is just like old wildy, whereas, the new pvp worlds aren't. Im talking in regards to the loot system.

 

i think that if bh is gone and the pking woulds come out it. lots of peple will get mad and quit rs since they will think rs might get rid of pking all together agen

I believe Jagex will keep Bounty Hunter because there are Hiscores on it. Also, it is a minigame that is fun for players. Jagex doesn't only aim to take out RWT, they want their players to have fun and stay in the game (buy membership).

The new PVP won't allow you to take drops but it will be similar to RSC in where you can PK. It's like the FFA Dangerous Clan War portal, except you actually get some decent drops.

 

Not as many pen hunters, they've gone back to the wilderness. Although, will the arenas still fill up to make simple transfers?

 

Jagex has done alot of stuff to runescape to mess it all up, the last thing they want to do is take away BountyHunter.

Also the new PvP release isnt as i thought it would be like, the drop thingy is balls.

 

If they do take it out, then I guess the only method of gold transferring would be gold farming...ehh...but maybe we'll find a new way with the PvP Worlds.

 

its possible jagex already has messed up runescape. Why can't the go back to the golden age were world 2 and 1 would always be full of merchants and let runescape economy roll like it did. The one thing is I used to merchant and I could be a millionaire in hours if you knew how. But then with the trade cap, ge, and the ruination of wildy all to stop rwt and bs they say. I believe runescape with crash and burn in hell. I have no reason to believe they will keep bh dangerous or even keep it. All I know is they should stop caring so much because the only way to stop it is what theeyre doing now and that's wrecking runescape. And to think I thought runescape was suppose to be fun

 

There is always a way around the system. If they take away bh because of rwt they will have to take away the part room. If they do that we will just cheat the market using the g/e and trade method. They cannot completely take away everything. We can cheat jagex and we will cheat jagex. IF there is a will there is a way.

I don't think Jagex will remove Bounty Hunter, or change it too drastically. Because Bh still has a pretty large "legit" fan base.

They say there still at war with RWT'rs, but honestly all they do now is ban people that they have evidence for, and fix minor bugs/glitches that allows it.

They won't remove another large aspect of the game such as BH, Because they lost SO much money off of people quitting membership (like me) after the game-killing updates.

 

i would hate if jagex removed bh....personally i think the new pvp update sucks...i mean its fun for pures because they finnaly get use of there acc but it completly lacks the moneymaking aspect...i mean sure u can get good drops but u have to wait 30min in hotzone then pk someone higher lvl than u and the kill has to be amazing...with bh u can just walk in see guy with ags..kill em and what do u kno he forgot to put protect item on..free 60m...lol thats why i wuld hate for bh to go away

 

o0o sorry for double posting but i just thought of another thing.....on jagexs forums they have a bh thread..so people are still talking about so jagexs still intends to keep it...if they wer going to make bh safe then they probably wuld have taken down thread or maybe said something about it...i could be wrong or maybe it hasent happend yet..but its not going to happen soon cause it wuld have said in october

 

BH will always be the main way to transfer gp.

 

If they turned Bounty Hunter "safe" then there would be no point. It would be just like the new clan war free for all. They should much sooner remove BH before making it safe.
