My PayPal got permanently limited for some reason and that really pissed me off. I made a new one with a different name and email and again; I got limited. Is there anyway I will be able to make another PayPal without getting limited?

 

You can try use this proxy. It's not entirely safe, so I suggest not having too big amount of money on your paypal at a time.

 

So everytime I want to log into PayPal, I'd have to do so using that proxy?

 

Do a basic ip change. Clear cookies cache. Use different info. And dont use the new one you make for a week.

 

My IP is constantly changing anyway; so that wouldn't help. My cookies clear everytime I close my browser; so that wouldn't help.

 

You think your IP is constantly changing.
It really isn't.

Unless you're purposefully modifying it or constantly using a proxy/vpn.

You will be able to make new accounts but Paypal tends to limit them if they link it to your already limited one.

 

Proxies will get your paypal limited. Even ask them.


Proxies are easily detectable by paypal,, if you wanted to really get passed that, get a VPN. They aren't detectable as all you are doing is using another computer's internet, and get a dedicated IP as well so people don't share your ip or have your IP consistantly changed.


Also, I don't know how you're going to verify it...

 

Do not use proxies with Paypal. If anything, buy a dedicated IP from a reliable wireless internet or VPN site and use that (make sure it's not shared). Also, delete all of your cookies, adobe, cache, etc...

 

You need a new computer, and a new IP.

All you need is a good reliable VPN, just remember to never leave paypal on when you disconnect from it.

 

How do you know it's permanently limited? Using any type of proxy service or vpn is definitely a bad idea. Paypal will catch on and limit that account as well.

What you need to do is contact paypal over the phone. Use your real information and tell them you will attach a bank account or a debit card as soon as it gets unlimited.
