I see the gp going to .5 cents per million in a few months.

I'm on the same track as you, Jagex are bound to release a new skill sometime soon which probably requires gp like Construction and summoning

I'm certain clan citadels will be a money sink.

The price of gold already is .5 cents a mil....Most people buy for .35-.45 atm

If you meant .05 cents a mil, I can honestly never see gold so low, although I would love that price
