Will anyone actually handle these disputes?

They've been up for weeks. In my opinion, both of them were unbanned unjustly and the two users haven't even had a chance to defend themselves. It's especially sketchy since FireZ was *paid* to ban them by Hattez as a reward for doing the deed. http://www.sythe.org/spam-forum/1755662-100-00-usd-bounty-zgangz.html

It's also hilarious that the evidence was posted against zgangz, and then fcplox got banned for the same offense even though they're clearly different people.

Whether or not these two get unbanned is none of my business since it's up to the mods, but I think their disputes at least warrant responses. Why is no one up to the task? Don't just instantly post denied without reading their responses and then asking questions, give them a fair trial. They were two active, VERY legitimate users of the community, which sythe sorely needs. It's really sad that we aren't at least looking at their disputes.


On a side note, KingNaruto, the guy who asked Hattez to get zgangz banned, messaged zgangz with this http://puu.sh/bDXQW.png, which is overall just a shitty and illegitimate thing to do.

 

If FireZ was the one to ban them he will need to answer the dispute. (As far as I've seen that's how they handle things unless they want another opinion)


That being said I'd expect another month before a reply of just "denied"

scammers have so much opportunity to scam one after another, nobody gets banned and nobody does anything about the reports quick enough. i think when a report is made, it should be top priority in Mod CP somewhere, where every mod can see it and bring it to their attention.

 

I know doxing used to be against the rules and on hf fcpl0x showed interest in email doxing. I don't know if it's still against the rules but pretty weird why he'd need to find all of the personal information related to an email.

I think the reason they were both banned was because it was believed they were living together, therefore sharing the same ip. Anyways fcpl0x was willing to partner with zgangz and bawsz and accept unlimited liability in each case, this vouch is pretty interesting: http://www.sythe.org/12770055-post12.html. Also http://www.sythe.org/runescape-3-bu...prices-eoc-gold-buy-xchange-fast-trusted.html is a pretty bold move to partner with someone you barely know in a case where a very large amount can be scammed. I think another shady thing is the fact that bawsz's last post was 04-28-13 (ban date), and zgangz joined 04-29-13. I could be wrong about this though maybe they're just all friends because I noticed bawsz is from uk and zgangz says he's from Australia.

I know a resolver is used to find a skype's ip and being a staker, having the ability to grab your opponent's ip is a pretty big advantage if you know what to do with it.

I'm just posting random stuff I find on Hack forum but I'm sure most people can connect the dots, skype resolver + email doxer + Booter = happy staker/ gambler

Some of the names that people are saying zgangz sniped he did not for example queen was an active gen in thing FC before it was closed the account has 611m exp and it's maxed and as some people know zgangz is a staker the account is never on world 54 and Zgangz even told me he has no accounts left to stake on so he did not snipe the name. Now for the name ranged first of all the name was reversed back to the oringal owner second of all it's a skill name and the chances that the name is begin watched is pretty high to mean a skill name is extramural rare and to transfer it is hard to as a lot of people are going to be going for or not to mention name sniping bots. Now for the name " name" the account has no sign of beginning trained up to stake as zgangz was a big staker and back to what I said with the name queen zgangz has not account to stake on and the account had not made alot of progress to stake on witch is what zgangz does and if he want to really stake on it the account would have been a lot higher with minimal other stats but combat stats and herblore.

I don't really have enough time to reply to everything on this thread atm, but my point isn't that the two of them are innocent. They might be, they might not be; although I do believe they are. The point of the thread is that the reports hadn't been handled in weeks, which really wasn't fair.

Just a quick reply to this one-- Nick is not at all affiliated with that group. He might split with them every once in a while, but he/zgangz explicitly told me not to trust them because of that groups sketchy behavior.

 

If you have a issue with Nick or ZgangZ being banned take it up with me. Chad doesnt deserve any hate for this. He's just trying to recoup lost money any way he can. When i found out they took advantage of his ignorance of sythe and trading rsn's i stepped forward. Chads a dickhead but a good guy and didnt deserve to be robbed. He does his best to make a lil gp and get by. I wanted to make sure they understood what it meant to fuck with 1 of our hosts, from the looks of it they finally understand. By all means take a shoot at me. Im a big boy n can handle it.

I'm just trying to make a deal to get least w/e i can back and we can end it there idc if its Gp or $ or the name back . yes i understand its not up to me to make the decisions that he will get unbanned .. i told him that i guess he didn't point that out lol no worries understandable.

I don't have any proof but I'm 100% certain that nick ddos'd me for 750m Rs3 when he found my skype on powerbot, if another member is willing he can confirm this too. I honestly hope zgangz and nick stay banned.

I think community input should have an influence on whether or not someone gets banned or unbanned, so you shouldn't say that but I understand where your coming from because that's how it's been for awhile here and even when the community makes a good argument against a decision it usually stands.

 

lold what. the ban evaders and scammers outweigh regular users by far in this community. what a terrible idea.

Why would you instantly jump to vaders and scammers? I'm talking about the people who have an established reputation on the site not just people that have been here for a month. Unless you're calling people like Time to Buy a scammer and vader and every reputable person on this site a scammer and vader you don't have any argument just your opinion that everyone on the site is a scammer. I'm pretty sure time to buy has a pretty solid argument here and it's just an example that staff needs to consider non staff members opinions too. Of course nobody like yourself who'd think a staff member would go off an opinion of a couple new accounts but you get the point right? Either way it's pretty easy to differentiate a good argument from an idiotic one so whether or not most of the site are scammers and ban evaders (I don't even see where you got this from besides seeing new accounts being banned all the time) doesn't really make a difference because if they show proof and show logic then you'd be an idiot for not considering what they said.
