    Anyone experience not being able to create new accounts? Giving me error reference 1020 for weeks now.

    Yeah, they most likely blocked your ip since you created multiple accounts. This will most likely pass in a week or so. They assume that your ip is used to mass create accounts like a bot farm and blocked it for a while.

    I found that going into private mode on firefox solved the issue for me.

    I have had this issue while, 6 months+ it's cashe issue, I think they track amount of accounts you made, if you clean your cookies and local storage etc you will be fine
