How they scammed:

Preface: this is entirely a precautionary report.

On 7/19/22, I paid shroomtastic 155M for 70-99 Strength quoted at 4-5 weeks for completion. After 10 days, he'd only completed ~700K XP and had not made any progress in several days. His communication was also very poor. At that pace, it would take him 16-17 weeks to complete the service. I requested a refund for the incomplete part and calculated the unearned amount to be repaid (145,176,079M). He agreed to the refund, but said it would take him a week to repay. When I asked why, he said it was because he has covid IRL.
