It's been well over 1 YEAR now since I attempted a scam, regretted my actions, and immediately refunded. The specific details are in the initial pardon. I truly feel remorse for the victim, and made things right within hours of the scam attempt 16 months ago. From the day I received my DNT til now I have continued occasional trading with no hiccups (via Discords). I honestly rarely play OSRS anymore and when I do it's casual play on my Ironman and a few odds staking sessions here and there when I find some. In my entire OSRS staking career 2013-2019 I NEVER once received a scam report before or after this one incident, nor have I ever been a part of any toxic behavior or sketchiness. That alone is a testament that this what I did 1+ YEAR ago was obviously a ONE TIME INCIDENT. If I was a scammer I would have kept the $900.00 worth of gp and denied since there was no physical evidence but my conscience would never allow that. I am a family man and since my ban, I married and I'm expecting my 2nd child and could NEVER fathom pulling something so low as I did a year and a half ago. I'm not a big Sythe trader, dealer, nor do I run services that I'm trying to receive a Pardon from.

I feel I deserve a pardon because well over a YEAR has passed... and I have never been associated, or accused of scamming before or after my one incident. I am not one of those toxic people who post immature slurs and comments in Discords and Forums (we all know those guys). I've been active on Sythe for 3 years mostly just creating contacts in the Staking community, and dicing/trading Mini ranks. I would like to be Pardoned so I can continue being a productive member on Sythe meeting new people and participating in tournaments/events. I currently rarely play OSRS or dabble in RWT so I honestly want to receive a Pardon so I can have full access to the Forums and once again be a productive member of the community socially.

Please Sythe admins, I feel true remorse. I have never been reported before or involved in any toxic behavior, name sniping, scamming, doxing, or shady business. This was truly, a one time hiccup. I'm not trying to save a business. I just want to be able to browse Sythe freely, Dice some minis, and join an occasional event here and there <3
