TooSippedOut2CheckSythe wrongful ban, used a VPN a previous evader used.

I just recently got banned for "ban evading" on my Sythe account "TooSippedOut2CheckSythe"... "Rodman" reported me here: TooSippedOut2CheckSythe

In the screenshot it shows an IP audit matching me to someones account named "Iballssgolden"... That is not my account. I must have used a VPN connection to a VPN connection that a previous ban evader got banned on which then linked my account to his.

I use the vpn "SoftEther VPN" because my ISP tethers my internet connection to a limited amount of mpbs a month. With a VPN's IP address and not my home IP present I'm able to download and browse from the VPN's host IP and avoid the tethering and limitations my ISP places on my IP monthly.

To explain the screenshot of me backing down the trade with Rodman on skype:
This user has showed interest in the name for three days. He keeps telling me "hold on let me get the gp" and nothing happens. Everytime I go offline he messages me and says "I'm ready to buy the account when you're online" So I come online and he asks me "Will you take oldschool instead?" After I specifically told him multiple times I only accept Rs3 GP. Today he pulled the same stunt, three days in a row. He said he was ready to buy the account, I tell him we can get an OMM if he'd like and he declined it and said "I'd rather do it ourselves" SO I agree and give him the benefit of the doubt. Shortly after he states "Would you take BTC equivalent instead?" By now I'm really fed up with him. I call the trade off with him and say "Dude tbh I don't want to trade with you." He then harassed me and said "Nice ban retard" so I check the link to why I was banned and see I was wrongfully banned for using a VPN a previous user has also used..

If I need to provide Skype Screenshots if Rodman please let me know. I'll gladly do so. I had no intent to scam him or anyone, I'm not a ban evader. I just happened to connect to an-already-flagged IP address that another rule breaker had used prior.. This guy was really demanding and hostile, I feel like he's upset he couldn't scam me since I'm a newcomer. Even on my thread here: Selling Rare Name [GP Only] . I state specifically that I'm willing to use an OMM and ONLY accepted RSGP! Rs3 GP specifically. This Rodman guy has wasted three days of mine saying he wants the name but never comes through.

@Champ. The IP match does seem to be a forced proxy server on his router so we can't really ban him based on that. Refusing a middleman isn't grounds for a ban either.
