This is beyond doltish and the staff member who issued the ban (I know who) you and me damn well know that this was irrational.

HIDDEN SEE HISTORY

Explanation: I was tossing banter in the Sythe Discord, these last days have been a family reunion for me but it seems like someone got a little bit too upset. Now me and Milotic are really good friends and I know he didn't mean to report me. I'll cut him some slack as he is getting his cheeks tossed left and right this week (Gun delaying payment $1.5k, Elite Ranks, people roasting him on his IRLS). I was joking around in the Discord, asked him what animal name was being sold to which he replied he isn't leaking. I thought it was funny and replied with 3 names: [HIDDEN]. He got upset I leaked that he had the RSN "[HIDDEN]" and proceeded to report me to Mootrucks and Mootrucks thought he was some top dog and resorted to banning me permanently for "leaking Rsns". First off, the name is sniped and it's an inside joke with me and Milotic, he says he has proof of purchase but I always joke around with him for it. The other names I listed are sold and aren't in his possession so I'm not even going to bring that up it's not relevant.

Milotic never told me to not post that the RSN "[HIDDEN]" is his and I challenge whoever handled the report to give me proof of this. Me and Milotic go way back and are friends and all but it seems he just got a little too hurt today that his epeen shrank a couple inches. I will also note that leaking RSNS is not against the rules. In the Name Request Thread v2 , people disclose the ownership of RSNS requested all the time. In the event though that a user is told to not disclose that information , then they are expected not to leak ownership. If they continue then they can face the consequences.

Chris never told me not to post the RSN, he just is upset that I think he sniped it regardless of proof of purchase. You guys are trying to criminalize me like I'm tweeting the RSN or something. I deleted the Discord messages of me saying the RSNS literally 30 seconds later.

To be fair, I don't think he was too fond of me being unbanned and I sort of do consider him as a fake friend. He really is upset at me and is blaming me for being a reason why his staff application got denied.

I'll post context pictures below and all. Just know that me and Chris are fucking friends and I don't know why he decided to do this. I have him on Snapchat, we talk on Teamspeak, we joke all the time.

This is beyond stupid. Mootrucks you need to act within Sythe jurisdiction next time and not personal bias. I don't want this to be a whole drama get-goer so can we please resolve this like normal people?

 

Unless you have proof of him giving you the okay to post the RSN your dispute is denied and damn right I don't want you on the site, why would I?

Also it wasn't my decision to have you banned it was Richard's and leaking someones RSN without their consent is in fact against the rules, if Milotic was fine with it he wouldn't of reported you... just because someone has talked to you a few times doesn't mean that person is a really good friend of yours.

@Mootrucks It's not against the rules to say who owns the RSN. You can even bring that up with Tmoe. If they tell you not to post it then you don't post it. He never told me not to post it. You should provide me proof that he told me not to post it.

I don't know why you have the ability to make the decision when your decisions are biased from the Jason case.

If Milotic wasn't find with it he would of told me, asswipe.

He never told me I'm not allowed to post his names when I said I was making a master list in the name sales category of who owns what names, @Tmoe can vouch for me. He also never told me to stop when I posted the RSN "[SEE HISTORY]". He just reported me off the bat. He also leaked all of @Xprod and Peaceful's RSNs, this is beyond idiotic of a report.

I shouldn't be unbanned and Mootrucks should have no say as he was the person who directly harrassed me and Jason a couple month's back. I didn't break a rule. Naming an RSN someone has is not against the rules, if that person tells you to stop then you must respect their wishes. This is stupid. So fucking stupid. @Tmoe I know you will say this is stupid as well.

I was giving him a rough time, trolling and he took it 100% serious. Tmoe can vouch that Milotic's report is not legitimate. We literally used to work together and he would sell my names. I honestly am willing to pay him for the name even though nothing happened and I deleted it 20 seconds later. This was even in the SF.

You staff members are playing games with me because I know none of you were happy Richard gave me a chance. Instead you make a scene and try to embarrass me to Richard.

This is literally all over me saying "XXX" That's your RSN. As mild banter, I deleted it right away and I thought he would take the joke. I don't find this fair one bit and Milotic should be infracted for wasting staff members time. I'm not malicious and iM' here to make friends.
