I don't see any "rule-breaking?" or irelevance for the thread being closed. As far as my concerns go, you have submitted the relevant enquire for the post, hence it shoulden't be closed. Send me a PM, once you get a response, so that i can avoid doing the same mistake as you in the feature. Thanks!

I know that rule but I never see it enforced. Many people have multiple threads in that section and are never closed.

Also how can you expect someone to sell accounts completely different lol.

I even put 2 accounts in 1 thread already.

 

the people who actually follow the rules report those threads, how will anything get done if no one reports it?

hear of account shops? that's how

 

IUR answered correctly... if you see others with multiple threads report them and they'll be removed/infracted if it occurs multiple times.
