Why was my account willienailer banned?

I don't get why my account was banned when I was the one who's the victim here that got screwed over. Perhaps I handled it wrong, but I only ask for a small reimbursement. I purchased a 178 million Neopoints from themeepitmaker on April 01, 2017 for $100 USD. Two days after the transaction however, the account he sold with neopoints got frozen and all I did was log in to make sure the neopoints is there. In addition my main account starlighti also got frozen the very same day.

Three days after the transaction, I also received a phone call from TD canada trust indicating that someone tried to purchase/transfer $1900 from my account to theirs. Coincidence? I think not as themeepitmaker is the last person I had my transactions with from paypal and skype:

I only asked for a small reimbursement from Skype and from PM in sythe. I don't think I did anything wrong, but could have approached the situation better. I did not realized that it's blackmailing to ask for a refund or a form or reimbursement, provided that the account he had sold me got banned 2 days after the purchase:
