Why was Leon16 IPbanned?

Umm why was Leon16 IPbanned?
-First that makes no sense because he got his account back so therefor are you not allowed to get yours back?
-If you recover your account first then why should you get your ipblocked?
-This is a quote from Leon16 i copied and pasted the following from our ms conversation.
"In what intension was i banned for? In the pass 24 houRs, I have had no tranactions and my last one ended when U got Fried scammed me. He recoverd a pure he sold me, 5 days after i had trained it."

 

Might be an ip block quite a few people are having those. Tell him to add me on msn and give me his ip so I can get it unblocked for him as soon as possible. [email protected]
