I was one of the staff members who was supposed to resign with everyone else when they did. I felt I couldn't in good faith go along with it despite the arguments everyone was trying to raise. I didn't necessarily think everyone was overreacting, but it was clear they were going forward with the group resignations no matter what I decided. I felt someone needed to stay around and see to it that the site may still flourish and exist, because with all of the staff members leaving (some very strong / vital... others long-lasting and not as impactful) it would certainly stir a lot of drama and be a difficult time for the site. ESPECIALLY when it was going to happen just after taking the time to port over the XenForo. It was the last thing Richard needed to deal with at the time. I didn't agree with DNT completely when it was proposed, but I could see potential long-term benefits from having it as well. I wanted it to run its course. Roary was the main person I spoke with during all of that despite being in a group chat with them. I don't recall participating much though. There were all kinds of different dynamics going on at that time, so it's really hard to even scratch at the surface in terms of an explanation.

I threw the last one on purpose due to multiple complaints about me having too many of the pool miniranks.

Still haven't heard the end of it from that individual. Oh well...
