Why So Hard To Verify?

This. A guide does not NEED to get verified, it simply lends authenticity to the sale.

Man I wish I was a guide verifier you get free guides and all you have to do then is just post and say it works.

 

Ya, and then you get banned or have to pay back everyone who purchased the guide. It is really not as rewarding as you make it sound.

 

Official mean the staff supports them. They don't get compensation, nor is it a full responsibility.

 

Yes I know but usually its pretty easy to make sure the guide works and in this example its only 3 steps so doesn't take much time, but I also realize there are guides that are over 30 pages of text long that could take days to verify.

Also I was just wondering how do you become a guide verifier?

Not 100% correct. The first time we (staff) suggested people, and he picked from them. Next time (when you got picked) the verifiers and staff suggested and voted.

Also, being a guide verifier isn't a blessing like you make it look like. Some guides doesn't work, and we've spent lots of time and rsgp verifying it.

 

the new system is a lot better than the old system where bad guides were verify and users got scam the more time the mod takes to exam your guide the better it is for the community, your guide was just not good enough to be sold.
